In-Service Training about “Getting to Know Your Emotions” was conducted on January 24, 2020 at ITU North Cyprus School of Foreign Languages.

 

Academic and administrative personnel attended this training which was held in two sessions and given by ITU-North Cyprus Psychological Counseling and Guidance Unit personnel Sevgi ÖZGÜZEL and Yüksel YILMAZOĞLULARI. During the training given at 13:30-15:00 and 15:30-17:00, the importance of understanding our emotions and thoughts was addressed.
