In accordance with the education fields of our university students, Shipyard Famagusta LTD's shipyard technical visit took place on May 10, 2017, Wednesday, and the Maritime Conference was held on Friday, May 12, 2013 in the Preparatory School of Foreign Languages.

 

Machine operators and Shipbuilding Engineers gave technical information to the students during their shipyard visit attended by the secretary General Mr. Dursun KOÇ and Health, Culture, and Sports Department personnel. During the conference, various topics, such as marine programs, working areas, job opportunities and countries where maritime industry is widespread, were discussed.

 

Advisor to the Rector, Assist. Prof. Dr. Aslı ÇEKMİŞ presented a plaque to the speaker from Shipyard Famagusta LTD, Naval Architect and Mechanical Engineer Musa Gökalp GüNDOĞDU, at the end of the conference.
