Communication and Institutional Development Seminar was held for ITU North Cyprus academic and administrative staff on November 13th-14th, 2018 at Rauf Raif Denktaş Culture and Congress Center.

 

Istanbul Technical University academic staff member, Promotion Unit Supervisor and Career Consultant Dilek GÖRGÜÇ held an interactive workshop about effective communication, institutional communication, performance management, active listening, importance of feedback, work efficiency and motivation, values and assumptions.

 

In addition to academic and administrative staff, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Serdar KUM and Secretary General participated in the seminar. Upon the completion of the workshop, participants received their certificates and Dilek GÖRGÜÇ was presented with a plaque by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Serdar KUM.
