Necessary Documents For Registration
1) The High School Diploma itself.
2) 4 pieces of 4,5 x 6 cm passport photographs (photographs should be taken within 6 months and person should be clearly identified).
3) Payment receipt of tuition fee
4) A military service declaration form to male student candidates who were born in 1997 or before that year.
5) The Seafarer Health Verification Certificate is needed for candidate students who will register to Marine Engineering Program or Maritime Transportation Management Engineering Program.
6) A health certificate from the state hospitals of Turkey or TRNC (or from a general university hospital), which includes the analysis of HIV, TBC, Hepatic B and C to the candidate students who will register to Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering Program.
7) A blood group card (with doctor approval)
Note: There will be no pre-registration or interview for ITU-TRNC Education and Research Campuses students.
Can parents do the registration instead of their child/children?
Parents can do the registration instead of their child or children in some necessary cases like if a student is in a foreign country because of his/her scholarship from AFS, TUBITAK etc. Notary paper is not asked from students who are under 18. During registration process, a letter of application or a document which shows the reason should have presented.
